MAN CITY v WOLVES
20.00 in England
Sky Sports
Man City are back in action following Sunday’s FA Cup Semi-Final victory over Nottingham Forest at Wembley.
Despite what has been deemed a disappointing season for Pep’s High Flying Blues, City are now unbeaten in the last 6 Premier League games, winning 4 and drawing 2.
Man City played in a very entertaining game against Aston Villa at the Etihad before the FA Cup clash, with the home team gaining a victory by a 2-1 scoreline.
As predicted in this EveryTip column last Tuesday.
Bernardo Silva scored the opener after 7 minutes, however, 10 minutes later, an innocuous challenge in the Man City penalty area that no one thought about, led to the dreaded VAR stopping the play and asking the on-field referee, Craig Pawson to take a look at the pitchside monitor.
As everyone now knows, once this occurs, it’s more than likely that a contentious decision will be made.
That was the case, with the Stockley Park brigade informing Craig that the challenge by Ruben Dias on Jacob Ramsey should result in a penalty.
The ex-Red Mancunian Marcus Rashford slotted the spot-kick home to restore parity.
With time running out it appeared that a draw was on the cards, until some brilliant wing play by Jeremy Doku who crossed into the box, saw Matheus Nunes pop up and score the winner in the 94th minute.
Man City’s remaining fixtures-
Wolves H
Southampton A
Bournemouth H
Fulham A
The vital win left City temporarily in 3rd place with 61 points from 34 games played.
With Newcastle subsequently winning their game, City now sit in 4th place.
After Nottingham Forest had completed Game Week-34, 9 days after the start, the Top 7 looked the following-
Champions-
1- Liverpool played 34 points 82
2- Arsenal played 34 points 67
3- Newcastle played 34 points 62
4- Man City played 34 points 61
5- Chelsea played 34 points 60
6- Nottingham Forest played 34 points 60
7- Aston Villa played 34 points 57
Wolves gained an easy victory over Leicester at Molineux on Saturday.
Matheus Cunha scored the opener to give the home team a lead at the break.
Jorgen Strand Larsen and Rodrigo Gomes scored in the 2nd-half to give Wolves the win from a 3-0 score.
Leicester did miss a penalty just after Jurgen’s goal, with Jose Sa making a brilliant save.
To say Wolves were in a relegation battle, that’s now 6 wins in a row for Vitor Pereira’s Gold and Blacks, leaving Wolves in 13th place with 41 points from 34 games played.
Wolves remaining fixtures-
Man City A
Brighton H
Crystal Palace A
Brentford H
A quick word regarding Matheus Cunha, it’s rumoured that the Brazilian is on his way to Old Trafford, which will be a great move for both parties.
In the Game Week-8 affair back in October at Molineux, Man City gained the away day victory over Wolves by a 2-1 scoreline.
Jorgen Strand Larsen scored the opener for Wolves before Josko Gvardiol equalised for City to take both teams in level at the break.
Man City left it very late to get the winner, with John Stones scoring in the 95th minute to give Pep’s Blues all 3 points from the win over Gary O’Neils Gold and Blacks.
It’s Vitor Pereira’s turn to try and outfox Mr Guardiola which will be a tough ask to get anything out of the game at the Etihad from a revitalised Man City team.
Betfred offer Man City at Odds On 1/3, the Draw at 9/2 and 8/1 for Wolves to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 7/1 that Kevin De Bruyne Scores First and slight Odds On 4/5 that Both Teams Score.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

ASTON VILLA v FULHAM
12.30 in England
TNT Sport
Aston Villa come into this fixture off the back of a narrow Premier League defeat against Man City last Tuesday.
After conceding an early City goal, the Villa players went up the other end and when it appeared an innocuous challenge on Jacob Ramsey had gone unnoticed, the dreaded VAR got involved and asked/ordered the on-field referee Craig Pawson to have a look at the pitchside monitor.
Rumours that the Stockley Park Brigade were watching the World Championship Snooker on BBC 4 and felt the need to get involved in proceedings at the Etihad once the mid-session interval had begun, were vehemently denied.
Once Craig looked at the monitor, there was no doubt that a penalty was going to be awarded to Villa.
Marco Asensio had missed the previous 2 penalties given in the fixture against Southampton, so with Ollie Watkins and Marco not on the pitch, it was left to Marcus Rashford to take and convert to make it 1-1.
A few paragraphs regarding the World Snooker Championship will come later.
When it appeared that a draw was on the cards, City scored what turned out to be the winner in the 94th minute to inflict a ‘Champions League place’ defeat on Aston Villa by a 2-1 scoreline.
That left Villa in 7th place with 57 points from 34 games completed.
After Nottingham Forest had completed Game Week-34, 9 days after the start, the Top 7 looked the following-
Champions-
1- Liverpool played 34 points 82
2- Arsenal played 34 points 67
3- Newcastle played 34 points 62
4- Man City played 34 points 61
5- Chelsea played 34 points 60
6- Nottingham Forest played 34 points 60
7- Aston Villa played 34 points 57
Villa’s remaining fixtures-
Fulham H
Bournemouth A
Tottenham H
Manchester United A
Fulham left it late to get the win over Southampton at St Mary’s on Saturday.
The Saints scored first to take a lead at the interval.
Emile Smith-Rowe scored the equaliser in the 72nd minute and with time running out, it was left to Ryan Sessegnon to come up with the winner in the 92nd to give Fulham the away day victory by a 2-1 scoreline.
As predicted in this EveryTip column last week.
Fulham’s last 14 Premier League games have resulted in either a Win or a Loss, split between 7 victories and 7 defeats.
Meaning Marco Silva doesn’t like a drawn game.
That could come from the fact that the previous 20 Premier League fixtures produced 9 draws, added to another 7 victories and 4 defeats.
Those good at Math (as the YankScot now says) will have worked out that Fulham have 51 points from the 34 games played so far and sit in 8th place.
Eighth place could still be good enough for a European adventure next season, depending on certain factors.
Fulham’s remaining fixtures-
Aston Villa A
Everton H
Brentford A
Man City H
In the Game Week-8 encounter at Craven Cottage, it was the away team Villa that got the victory over the home team Fulham.
Raul Jimenez scored the opener after 5 minutes to give the Cottagers an early lead, however, that goal was quickly equalised 4 minutes later by Morgan Rogers.
Andreas Pereira did miss a penalty soon after Morgan’s equaliser.
With the score level at the break, it was Aston Villa that came out stronger with Ollie Watkins scoring on the hour mark to put the away team in front.
Joachim Andersen was shown a straight Red Card just after Ollie’s goal to leave Fulham a man-lite for the remaining half an hour or so.
Issa Diop then scored an Own Goal to gift Villa the victory from a 3-1 scoreline.
Villa’s Jaden Philogene was then shown 2 Yellow Cards in the space of 5 minutes to see Red and beat his mates into the Showers.
Betfred offer Aston Villa at slight Odds On 4/5, the Draw at 11/4 and 7/2 for Fulham to come away with all 3-points
Betfred offer 4/1 that Ollie Watkins Scores First and 4/1 that Alex Iwobi Scores Anytime.
(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.
If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

EVERTON v IPSWICH
15.00 in England
Everton put in a great effort in the midday Sunshine down at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea on Saturday but ultimately came away with nothing following a defeat by a narrow 1-0 scoreline.
The goal was conceded just before the half-hour mark.
The Toffees just couldn’t get past a resilient Blues Defence.
That leaves Everton in 15th place with 38 points from 34 games completed.
Everton’s remaining fixtures-
Ipswich H
Fulham A
Southampton H
Newcastle A
Ipswich’s relegation was finally confirmed on Saturday, following the defeat against Newcastle at St James Park.
The relegation was inevitable, it was just a matter of when with the loss against the Magpies by a 3-0 scoreline officially sending the Tractor Boys back to the Championship.
Ipswich sit in 18th place with 21 points from 34 games played.
Ipswich’s remaining fixtures-
Everton A
Brentford H
Leicester A
West Ham H
At Portman Rd back in October, Sean Dyche’s Toffees gained the away day victory over Kieran McKenna’s Tractor Boys by a 2-0 scoreline.
Iliman Ndiaye and Michael Keane with the goals both scored in the 1st-half.
It’s David Moyes’s turn to face Kieran McKenna in the dugout today.
Betfred offer Everton at Odds On 1/2, the Draw at 110/30 and 6/1 for Ipswich to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 5/1 that Iliman Ndiaye Scores First and 5/4 that Everton Win To Nil.

LEICESTER v SOUTHAMPTON
15.00 in England
The El-Rubbishio Derby!
The two worst teams in the Premier League square up to each other to see who is better than who.
The news has come through that the Leicester Legend and Sheffield Superstar who is the one and only Jamie Vardy, will leave the King Power Stadium at the end of the season.
The lad is currently on 497 appearances for the club and with 4 games remaining, the final tally should be over the half-century at 501 Foxes run-outs, that’s on the proviso of,
A- Ruud Van Nistelrooy includes Jamie in the team for those final 4, or
2- JV doesn’t pick up an injury in any of the next 2.
Mr Vardy has scored 198 goals in all competitions (up to now) with 143 of those in Premier League games.
Added to that, since Jamie’s Premier League debut in 2014, only Harry Kane and Mohamed Salah have scored more goals in the Top Flight.
That’s quite an achievement given Leicester’s comparative status and their stint in the Championship during the 2023/24 season.
The Sheffield Superstar was 27 years old when making his Premier League debut in August 2014, meaning that the bulk of his playing time in the Promised Land has come aged over 30.
Since turning 30, JV has scored 109 Premier League goals, more than any other player, overtaking Ian Wright’s record in May 2022.
Although Jamie Vardy is leaving Leicester at the end of the season, it doesn’t mean the guy is retiring so there will be a few clubs who will be in the running to snap up the lad on a Free-Transfer and don’t be surprised if JV is still in the Premier League next season, even if the Foxes aren’t.
All the best Jamie.
Having said all of that, Jamie Vardy had the chance to add to his goal tally when Leicester were awarded a penalty against Wolves on Saturday.
JV saw his spot-kick saved by the Wolves Goalkeeper Jose Sa, which will have irked the Sheffield kid.
Leicester eventually suffered a defeat against Wolves by a 3-0 scoreline.
That leaves Leicester in 19th place with 18 points from 34 games.
It also leaves Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s Leicester Premier League record as Manager-

Goodnight!
Leicester’s remaining fixtures-
Southampton H
Nottingham Forest A
Ipswich H
Bournemouth A
Southampton scored the opener against Fulham at St Mary’s on Saturday, with Jack Stephens getting the goal in the 14th minute.
Unfortunately for the Saints faithful in attendance, the same thing happened again, with Southampton suffering a defeat by a 2-1 scoreline, with the Fulham winner coming in the 92nd minute.
The loss leaves Southampton at the bottom of the table with 11 points from 34 games, still needing at least a point to overhaul Derby County’s record of accruing the lowest points total in the Premier League era (11 from the 2007/08 campaign).
Southampton’s remaining fixtures-
Leicester A
Man City H
Everton A
Arsenal H
At St Mary’s for the Game Week-8 encounter, it was Leicester that got the victory over Southampton from a thrilling 5-goal, 3-2 away day scoreline.
Cameron Archer and Joe Aribo scored in the 1st-half to give the home team a comfortable lead at the break.
Leicester left it until past the hour mark to start playing, with Facundo Buonanotte scoring for the Foxes to half the deficit.
The Saints then imploded with Ryan Frazer receiving a straight Red Card in the 73rd minute that not only left Southampton a man-lite but conceded a penalty.
The lad tugged Jamie Vardy’s shirt and was deemed to be ‘denying a goal-scoring opportunity’ resulting in an early bath for Ryan.
Jamie dusted himself down after being ‘tugged in the area’ and slotted home the penalty to make the score level.
With time running out and a draw looking most likely, Jordan Ayew scored the winner in the 98th minute to give Leicester all 3 points and knock the stuffing out of the watching Saints in attendance.
Betfred offer Leicester at 5/4, the Draw at 13/5 and 21/10 for Southampton to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 5/1 that Jamie Vardy Scores First and 13/8 that Paul Onuachu Scores Anytime.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

ARSENAL v BOURNEMOUTH
17.30 in England
Sky Sports
Arsenal gained a point from a draw by a 2-2 score in the fixture against Crystal Palace last Wednesday.
Jakub Kiwior scored a rare goal to give Mikel’s Young Guns an early lead.
Palace got an equaliser on the half-hour mark, however, Leandro Trossard reestablished the lead scoring a 2nd for Arsenal just before the half-time break.
When it appeared a victory was on the cards, David Raya and William Saliba made a mistake that cost Arsenal a goal, giving both teams a point apiece from the Archbishop’s favourite scoreline.
The point gained, as it’s always a point gained, left Arsenal with 67 from 34 games completed.
It also meant that the Gunners could and can still accrue a total of 79 points with victories in the remaining 4, which 79 is what Liverpool had going into their Game Week-34 clash against Tottenham, so mathematically, Arsenal could have still won the Premier League on goal difference.
That word ‘mathematically’ is just thrown in there as there was no way on earth that Liverpool were going to lose their remaining 5 games and following Liverpool’s victory over Tottenham on Sunday, Arne’s Slot Machines were finally confirmed as Premier League Champions, putting Mikel’s Young Guns out of their misery.
Arsenal’s remaining fixtures-
Bournemouth H
Liverpool A
Newcastle H
Southampton A
After Nottingham Forest had completed Game Week-34, 9 days after the start, the Top 7 looked the following-
Champions-
1- Liverpool played 34 points 82
2- Arsenal played 34 points 67
3- Newcastle played 34 points 62
4- Man City played 34 points 61
5- Chelsea played 34 points 60
6- Nottingham Forest played 34 points 60
7- Aston Villa played 34 points 57
Arsenal took on Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates on Tuesday, in the 1st-leg of the Champions League Semi-Final.
A single PSG goal scored after 4 minutes was eventually the difference between the two leaving Arsenal with a defeat by a 1-0 scoreline going into the 2nd-leg next Wednesday in Paris.
It’s still all to play for.
Bournemouth were head and shoulders above Manchester United on Sunday, however, despite Antoine Semenyo scoring the opener in the 23rd minute, the Cherries didn’t have another shot on target.
Added to that, Evanilson was shown a Red Card for a challenge on Noussair Mazraoui leaving Bournemouth a man-lite for the remaining 20 minutes or so.
The pressure from having the extra man eventually paid off for United who scored an equaliser in the 96th minute to give both teams a point from a draw by a 1-1 score.
That left Bournemouth in 10th place with 50 points from 34 games played.
Brighton and Fulham, who sit 9th and 8th respectively, have 51 points, which 8th place could offer up a European spot so all to play for still.
Evanilson has subsequently had the Red Card rescinded so will be available today.
Bournemouth’s remaining fixtures-
Arsenal A
Aston Villa H
Man City A
Leicester H
At the Vitality last October it was Bournemouth who some would say, got the surprise victory over Arsenal.
William Saliba was shown a straight Red Card in the 30th minute for apparently denying Evanilson a goal-scoring opportunity.
At the time, the decision was contentious with the Cherry Striker being 45 yards from goal.
Ryan Christie and a converted Justin Kluivert penalty, both in the 2nd-half, gave Andoni Iraola’s team the win over his mate Mikel Arteta by a 2-0 scoreline.
It could definitely be argued that the sending-off was a very big factor in Bournemouth getting the victory.
Betfred offer Arsenal at 11/10, the Draw at 13/5 and 5/2 for Bournemouth to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 6/1 that Bukayo Saka Scores First and 5/2 that Evanilson Scores Anytime.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

BRENTFORD v MANCHESTER UNITED

It will have been 12 days, since Brentford’s last outing before the game against Nottingham Forest on Thursday.
Kevin Schade, who appears to be the 3rd of the 3, (Yoane Wissa, Bryan Mbeumo and Kevin), scored in the 44th minute against Forest at the City Ground to give the Bees a lead at the break.
Yoane Wissa then scored his 17th goal of the campaign and Brentford’s 2nd in the 70th minute and with no further goals, the Bees stung the Tricky Trees with a victory from a 2-0 away day scoreline.
Brentford sit in 11th place with 49 points from 34 games played.
Brentford’s remaining fixtures-
Manchester United H
Ipswich A
Fulham H
Wolves A
Manchester United gained a point from a draw by a 1-1 score, against Bournemouth at the Vitality on Sunday.
In truth, United were outplayed for most of the game but the Cherries failed to take advantage of their superiority and despite conceding a Bournemouth goal in the 1st-half, United kept the score at 1-0 going into the final few minutes.
Bournemouth had a player sent off midway through the 2nd-half which eventually took its toll on the home team with Rasmus Hojlund scoring an equaliser in the 96th minute to snatch a draw from the jaws of defeat.
As mentioned, despite not losing the game, United were outplayed by Bournemouth whose first eleven were head and shoulders above the United eleven.
Manchester United sit in 14th place with 39 points from 34 games played.
Manchester United’s remaining fixtures-
Brentford A
West Ham H
Chelsea A
Aston Villa H
The season is slowly coming to an end with Ruben Amorim placing all his efforts on the Europa League where United gained a 1st-leg victory over Athletic Bilbao on Thursday in Spain from an amazing 3-0 away night score, with the return leg at Old Trafford next week.
Will it be a Manchester United v Tottenham Europa League Final?
It was Manchester United, under the guidance of Erik Ten Hag, that gained the home victory over Brentford at Old Trafford back in October 2024.
Ethan Pinnock gave the Bees a half-time lead by scoring in the 5th minute of 1st-half injury time.
Alejandro Garnacho quickly restored parity soon after the restart, scoring the equaliser in the 47th minute.
Rasmus Hojlund then scored just after the hour mark that ultimately proved to be the winner, giving United the points from a 2-1 scoreline.
Betfred offer Brentford at Odds On 4/6, the Draw at 100/30 and 4/1 for Manchester United to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 4/1 that Yoane Wissa Scores First and 13/10 that Brentford Score in Both Halves.

Brighton played in a great game against West Ham at the Amex on Saturday, eventually getting a victory over the Hammers by a 3-2 scoreline.
Yasin Ayari scored a superb opener for the Seagulls to give the home team a lead at the break.
West Ham then scored twice and when it appeared a loss was on the cards for Brighton, Kaoru Mitoma scored in the 89th minute to level the game, with Carlos Baleba getting the winner in the 92nd.
The Seagulls sit in 9th place with the same 51 points as Fulham who sit in 8th on goal difference, both having completed 34 fixtures.
There is still a possibility that 8th place will result in a European adventure next season.
Brighton’s remaining fixtures-

Newcastle got back on track on Saturday following the defeat against Aston Villa in the Game Week-33 encounter at Villa Park
The Magpies hosted the Tractor Boys at St James Park, where goals from Alexander Isak (penalty), Dan Burn and William Osula gave Eddie Howe’s Newcastle the victory over Kieran McKenna’s Ipswich from a 3-0 scoreline.
Eddie was back on the touchline following the lads’ illness that resulted in a hospital stay.

Danny Welbeck also scored the winner at St James Park when the two met in the FA Cup 5th-Round at the beginning of March.

WEST HAM v TOTTENHAM

Graham Potter faced up against his former team Brighton on Saturday and despite goals from Mohammed Kudus and Tomas Soucek, both in the 2nd-half, the Seagulls scored 3 to ultimately inflict a defeat on West Ham by a 3-2 score.
Graham’s in that famous ‘transition’ period at the London Stadium and will probably do a few deals in the Summer but the Bubbles are not renowned for patience so won’t give Harry too much leeway at the start of next season and will want their team to improve dramatically.

‘And the New Premier League Champions Liverpool’.
************BREAKING NEWS*************
Liverpool are the 2024/25 Premier League Champions.
Liverpool were officially (eventually) crowned Champions of the Premier League on Sunday after a brilliant victory over Tottenham by a 5-1 scoreline.
It was always inevitable but when a team are wanting just 1 more point to confirm the Premier League Title, that team would probably choose Tottenham as the opponent.
Tottenham weren’t so much chosen as the Premier League Fixture Compilers had already done their list but the PLFC must have known back in June last year, that Liverpool v Tottenham in Game Week-34, wouldn’t be far off the mark to mix up things if Man City, Arsenal or Liverpool were in contention for the title.
A lot have said that this year’s competition hasn’t been the best with Man City’s decline but that’s not Liverpool’s doing, Arne Slot has come in to try and fill the Big Boots of Jurgen Klopp and quite frankly has been brilliant.
Back in 2013 when Sir Alex Ferguson left Manchester United (who were the current Premier League Champions at the time) in the hands of David Moyes, David came in and ripped up the title-winning model, getting rid of Mike Phelan and Rene Meulensteen.
David should just have got out his deck chair, lit up a Ceegar and said,
‘Crack on lads, Mike and Rene haven’t done too bad!’
Instead, DM got rid of Micky and Rene and brought in his old mates from Everton who had won a total of nothing!
Arne Slot hasn’t followed David’s path, the Dutchman has come into Anfield, got out his deck chair and Ceegar and said,
‘Crack on lads, Mr Teeth hasn’t done too bad of a job!’
All the Liverpool players who have won the Premier League Title this season are Jurgen Klopp’s players.
Remember, David Moyes took Marouane Fellaini to Old Trafford.
All Arne did was tweak a few things but the players already knew the ‘Liverpool Way’ so there wasn’t too much surgery needed.
The challenge now for Arne Slot and his team is to push on and try and win the Title next season, when it’s more than likely that Man City will be back challenging and have a better squad.
Rodri’s return will make a big difference to the City team.
Liverpool sit at the summit with 82 points from 34 games played.
There’s a chance to accrue a total of 94 points and add to the 80 goals scored already.
Congratulations Arne and his Slot Machines.
Liverpool’s remaining fixtures-

At Anfield back in October 2024, Liverpool gained a home victory over Chelsea by a 2-1 scoreline.
Mo Salah converted a 1st-half penalty to give the Reds a lead at the break.
Nicolas Jackson then equalised for the Blues just after the restart before Curtis Jones scored what turned out to be the winner in the 51st minute to give Arne’s Slot Machines the win over Enzo’s Blues.
Betfred offer Chelsea at 23/20, the Draw at 11/4 and 23/10 for Liverpool to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 5/1 that Mo Salah Scores First and 6/4 that Cole Palmer Scores Anytime.

Monday 05th
CRYSTAL PALACE v NOTTINGHAM FOREST
20.00 in England
Sky Sports
Both teams play tonight following last weekend’s FA Cup Semi-Final that saw Crystal Palace progress to the Final with a comprehensive victory over Aston Villa by a 3-0 scoreline and Forest head back up the road to the City Ground following a comprehensive defeat against Man City by a 2-0 score.
The only slight difference is, Palace played their Game Week-34 affair last Wednesday the 23rd of April and the Semi-Final on Saturday the 26th, whereas Forest played their Semi-Final on the 27th of April then the Game Week-34 match on May the 1st, meaning Palace will have had 9 days to recover (from the celebrations) and prepare for this Monday Night Football.
One guesses that there were a few sore Eagle Heads on Sunday Morning!
Palace come into this game off the back of a draw against Arsenal last time out in the Premier League.
After conceding an early Gunners goal, Eberechi Eze scored a brilliant equaliser.
Arsenal then scored a 2nd to take a lead at the break.
With time running out, Jean-Phillipe Mateta took advantage of some slack defensive play from the Gunners and scored a superb equaliser to give the Eagles a share of the points from a 2-2 scoreline.
Double E scored the opening goal in the Semi-Final, with Ismaila Sarr adding the other 2.
Added to that Jean-Philippe Mateta missed a penalty early in the 2nd-half, just before Ismaila’s first.
Crystal Palace’s remaining fixtures-
Nottingham Forest H
Tottenham A
Wolves H
Liverpool A
Palace sit in 12th place with 45 points ahead of those 4 remaining games.
As mentioned, Forest come into this fixture after being knocked out of the FA Cup last Sunday, suffering a defeat against Man City at Wembley.
It was then the Game Week-34 Premier League encounter against Brentford at the City Ground on Thursday.
Forest conceded a goal on the stroke of half-time against the Bees and then a 2nd in the 2nd-half, ultimately suffering a home defeat by a 2-0 scoreline.
The loss has a massive impact on Forest’s European Journey next season, as in, will it be the Champions League, the Europa League or the Europa Conference League?
After Nottingham Forest had completed Game Week-34, 9 days after the start, the Top 7 looked the following-
Champions-
1- Liverpool played 34 points 82
2- Arsenal played 34 points 67
3- Newcastle played 34 points 62
4- Man City played 34 points 61
5- Chelsea played 34 points 60
6- Nottingham Forest played 34 points 60
7- Aston Villa played 34 points 57
Forest’s remaining fixtures-
Crystal Palace A
Leicester H
West Ham A
Chelsea H
Check out the final fixture of this campaign, could this be a Champions League/Europa League Playoff, to determine who plays in which competition next season?
After a goalless 1st-half back at the City Ground in October, a single Chris Wood goal scored just after the hour mark, gave Forest the home victory over Palace by a 1-0 scoreline.
Betfred offer Crystal Palace at 7/5, the Draw at 23/10 and 21/10 for Nottingham Forest to come away with all 3-points.
Betfred offer 4/1 that Jean-Philippe Mateta Scores First and 8/5 that Chris Wood Scores Anytime.
(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.
If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

************BREAKING NEWS*************
Celtic are the 2024/25 Scottish Premier League Champions.
‘Championes, Championes, Ole Ole Ole!’
Celtic were officially (eventually) crowned Champions of the Scottish Premier League on Saturday, after a brilliant victory over Dundee United (who?) by a 5-0 scoreline.
Rangers, then went out on the pitch a couple of minutes later and faced off against St Mirren (who?) with their Teddy Bear Tails between their legs and limped to a draw against Helen’s favourite team by a 2-2 score.
Ouch.
It was inevitable but it still makes the Fourth in a Row, special and just confirms (for the time being) that the Green Side of Glasgow are the Bhoys of the Pub League.
The Loveable YankScot, who has been very philosophical about the season, wasn’t in the best of shape over in Seattle but had the foresight to make sure the Wife (the Lovely April) was over in the good old U S of A for comfort after being apart for a while, whilst looking after things in Melbourne.
Following a couple of ‘below the belt’ comments to John Newsome, it was obvious that the Four in a Row had hurt Braveheart/Swifty so John Newsome wasn’t too harsh on the lad and merely offered up a few places in Seattle where the YankScot could purchase ‘Rusks!’
For those unfamiliar with Rusks, the said item,
‘Are frequently given to Babies and Toddlers as a Teether, or used as a finger food.
They can also be mixed with milk, fruit, or other ingredients to make a porridge or dessert.’
Keep smiling Big Lad, there’s a long way to go before the Ten in a Row!
‘He’s Celtic, United but Brendan has decided that The Park is the best place to be!’
