Where the extra place helps most
A fifth place makes each way betting on bigger prices much more attractive. Both Ascot picks are big prices: NORCROSS BROW at a forecast 7/1 in the 13:50, with our tissue price at 5.93, and PILU at 15/2 in the 16:10, where our tissue price is 3.9. At Gowran Park, all three of our picks are 13/2 or bigger.
Today’s money back if 2nd race is the 15:00 at Ascot, where our value pick is DRYMEE.
How it works
- Back your horse each way in one of the races above.
- If it finishes in one of the extra places, Betfred pays the place part at 1/5 odds.
Key terms
- New and existing verified customers. Each way singles or each way multiples. Antepost bets excluded.
- Runner minimums: 4 places needs 12 or more runners, and 5 places needs 16 or more (otherwise 4 places are paid). Below that, normal place terms apply. Dead heat rules apply.
