Where the extra place helps most
DOVEY MOON is the big price of the day at a forecast 10/1 in the 17:55 at Southwell, and our tissue price makes it 4.81, well shorter than the market. ACCRUAL (17:40 Redcar) and HORACE WALLACE (19:30 Southwell) are both in today’s Daily Lucky 15, so an each way Lucky 15 gets the extra place on two of its four legs. The 15:35 at Ascot pays 5 places if 16 or more run.
Today’s money back offer is on the 15:00 at Ascot, where Betfred refunds your stake in cash if your horse finishes 2nd or 3rd.
How it works
- Back your horse each way in one of the races above, with one of the bookies paying the extra place.
- If it finishes in one of the extra places, the place part pays out at 1/5 odds.
Key terms
- Each way bets only, placed before the off. Antepost bets do not count.
- Extra places depend on the number of runners. At Betfred, 4 places needs 12 or more runners and 5 places needs 16 or more; below that, normal place terms apply. Check each bookmaker’s own terms, as their runner rules can differ.
- Place terms can change if there are non-runners.
