While we are still digesting the plum duff, the trainers have completed the Boxing Day fixtures and at this time of year the small stables send out their best horses in races they have been targeting for twelve months. ITV are showing two meetings on Saturday from Doncaster and Newbury but my thoughts are on Cheltenham in March. I will give a brief rundown of every race there next week along with my fancies, meanwhile here are my thoughts for this weekend.
