3. Customer Service, Are They Any Good?
Seymour tested Bet365's Live Chat and was connected to a customer service rep called Pete almost immediately, no waiting around. He asked a specific question about using his account while travelling to the USA. Pete's response was instant and accurate: not possible to use the account there. That is the kind of quick, knowledgeable service you want from a bookmaker.

5. How Good Are Bet365's Odds?
Very good. Seymour cross-checked Bet365 against the field on Oddschecker for a midweek Chepstow meeting and found them consistently among the top prices, particularly on higher-priced horses. That is where the value really shows.
On football, Bet365 moved with the market and sat at or near the best available prices. The overall picture is clear: whether you're betting on racing or football, Bet365's odds sit at the top of the spectrum. They also offer Best Odds Guaranteed on all UK and Irish horse racing, which means if the SP drifts above your fixed price, you get the bigger payout automatically.

6. In-Play Betting, How Does It Perform?
Bet365's in-play offering is comprehensive. All major markets are covered with live odds that update as the action unfolds. Seymour checked the Sunday football fixtures during his testing weekend and found the prices moved accurately with the flow of the game.
The in-play section is well laid out and easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile. While it is tricky to compare live odds in real time across multiple sites, Bet365's prices were on a par with the competition throughout.

7. Ongoing Promotions, What Do Existing Customers Get?
This is the one area where Bet365 does not quite shine as brightly. Seymour noticed that many of their promotions are advertised in multiple places, giving the impression of more variety than there actually is. The offers themselves are solid but largely mirror what other bookmakers provide, with nothing truly standout.
For horse racing, you get Best Price Offer on televised races after 10am and Best Odds Guaranteed against SP. For football, there is an early payout if your team goes two goals ahead, plus an accumulator bonus ranging from 5% to 70% depending on the number of selections (minimum three). These are decent offers, just not unique to Bet365.

8. Deposits & Withdrawals, Fast and Easy?
Bet365 accepts debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cheque for both deposits and withdrawals. All withdrawals are free, which is always a plus. The minimum withdrawal is just £5, lower than the £10 minimum at most other bookmakers.
Turnaround times are reasonable: PayPal is the fastest at within 24 hours, debit cards and bank transfers take 1 to 5 days, and cheques up to 28 days. During his testing, Seymour found that winnings from settled bets were credited immediately to his account balance. Worth noting that from personal experience, withdrawals via debit card can arrive in as little as 4 hours.

Absolutely. Seymour did his entire review on tablet and phone, and the experience was seamless. The layout is clean, toggling between sports is effortless, and every feature available on desktop works just as well on mobile.
The real standout on mobile is the racing experience. Every horse has a full form guide and Spotlight analysis directly on the racecard, which is an excellent touch. Tote betting (including Swinger, Exacta and Trifecta) sits right at the top of each race, one tap and you're in. Most bookmakers do not offer this. There is also a Special Bets section with options like Not to Win, To Be Placed, Not To Be Placed and Betting Without the Favourite, something Seymour had not seen anywhere else.

10. Live Streaming, Can You Watch Events for Free?
Bet365 offers live streaming across horse racing, greyhounds and football. All horse racing is available to watch for free as long as your account is funded or you have placed a bet in the last 24 hours. For greyhound racing, you need to have placed a minimum 50p bet on the race to access the stream.
It feels slightly odd that some sports require a prior bet to watch, but this is now standard across all UK bookmakers. The rights holders charge bookmakers heavily for streaming licences, and those costs get passed on. Despite this, Bet365's streaming coverage remains among the broadest in the industry, and the quality is solid on both mobile and desktop.
