EVERTON v ARSENAL

12.30 in England

TNT Sport

Everton suffered a defeat against Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday Night.

A single Reds goal scored in the 2nd-half was the difference leaving the Toffees with the loss from a 1-0 scoreline.

There was an incident in the opening 10 minutes when James Tarkowski dived in on Alexis Mac Allister.

The on-field referee Sam Barrott gave James a Yellow Card which wasn’t deemed necessary by the dreaded VAR to change.

In truth, it was a horrendous challenge and most of the commentators thought it should have been a straight Red, or at least, a view of the incident on the pitch side monitor.

That said, James stayed on the pitch and along with the rest of the Toffees, defended impeccably for the majority of the game, however, Everton conceded a Liverpool goal to ultimately suffer the defeat.

There was a stat before the game that stated David Moyes hadn’t gained a victory over Liverpool at Anfield whilst Manager of all the previous clubs Dave’s been at.

That continues.

Everton remain in 15th place with the same 34 points as Tottenham and West Ham, all having completed the 30 games so far.

Arsenal gained the home victory over Fulham on Tuesday Night.

Mikel Merino scored the opener to give Mikel’s Young Guns a lead at the break.

Bukayo Saka made a return after injury and started on the bench before being introduced in the 66th minute.

It didn’t take the lad long to get back in the Groove, scoring Arsenal’s 2nd 7 minutes later.

There was some Ying and Yang regarding the Gunners’ injury situation.

Although Bukayo is back fit, the Big Centre-Half Gabriel has been ruled out for the remainder of the season due to a hamstring issue.

Fulham did score late on but the damage had already been done, giving Arsenal the win from a 2-1 scoreline, as predicted in this EveryTip column on Tuesday at Odds of 15/2.

‘Mikel Merino To Score First’ at Odds of 11/2 was also offered up as a Tip, so it’s hoped a few punters earned a couple of quid from following those predictions.

Arsenal remain in 2nd place with 61 points from 30 games completed, still 12 points adrift of Liverpool at the summit.

Both teams shared the points from a draw by a 0-0 score when Sean Dyche’s Toffees visited the Emirates in December.

There’s not much more to be said about that turgid event pre-Christmas other than it will be David Moyes’ Toffees that entertain Mikel Arteta’s Young Guns this time around.

Betfred offer Everton at 9/2, the Draw at 12/5 and slight Odds On 4/5 for Arsenal to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 11/2 that Bukayo Saka Scores First and 2/1 that Arsenal Score in Both Halves.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

CRYSTAL PALACE v BRIGHTON

15.00 in England

The M23 Derby.

Crystal Palace left it late on Wednesday to snatch a draw against Southampton at St Mary’s.

The Saints scored the opener in the 1st-half and looked set to inflict a defeat on the Eagles when the 90 minutes were up, however, luckily for the Travelling Ultras in attendance, there was a bit of added time that saw Matheus Franca get
an equaliser for Palace to earn a point from a draw by a 1-1 score.

The point gained leaves Palace in 12th place with 40 points, however, the Eagles have only completed 29 games, not the 30 that the others around them have.

If Palace can gain a victory today, the gap between themselves and Brighton would be cut to 4 points, with the Eagles still having a game in hand over the Seagulls.

If, buts and maybes, it’s what one loves about football.

Brighton come into this fixture off the back of a defeat against Aston Villa on Thursday.

The home faithful at the Amex saw their idols concede 3 goals without reply, to suffer a loss from a 3-0 scoreline.

The Seagulls sit in 8th place with 47 points from the 30 games played.

A Trevoh Chalobah goal and a couple from Ismaila Sarr gave Crystal Palace the away day victory over Brighton by a 3-1 scoreline at the Amex back in December.

Marc Guehi was credited with the Brighton goal late on after Trevoh and Ismaila had done the damage.

A note of caution though, despite the 4 goals at the Amex in December and for that matter 5 goals (4-1 to Brighton) in this fixture at the Amex last season, the M23 Derby is notorious for finishing in a draw from a 1-1 score, with that result occurring on 6 of the previous 9 occasions before the 3-1 and 4-1.

Betfred offer Crystal Palace at 11/8, the Draw at 5/2 and 2/1 for Brighton to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 4/1 that Jean-Philippe Mateta Scores First and 100/30 that Kaoru Mitoma Scores Anytime

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

IPSWICH v WOLVES

15.00 in England

Ipswich gained a valuable victory over Bournemouth on Wednesday, with the Tractor Boys getting the away night win at the Vitality from a 2-1 score.

Nathan Broadhead scored the opener in the 1st-half to give the visitors a lead at the break.

Liam Delap added a 2nd on the hour mark before the Cherries scored what turned out to be a consolation goal.

Ipswich remain in the relegation zone with 20 points from 30 fixtures completed, which is 9 points adrift of today’s visitors.

Wolves gained a victory over West Ham at Molineux on Tuesday.

A single Jorgen-Strand Larsen goal scored in the 1st-half was the difference between the two W’s giving Vitor Pereira’s Gold and Blacks the points from a 1-0 scoreline.

Wolves stay in 17th place with 29 points, now 5 adrift of West Ham who sit a place above.

As mentioned, there’s a gap of 9 points between Wolves and Ipswich who are in the relegation zone having 20 points with 8 games remaining.

That gap can be increased to 12 today if a victory is secured over Ipswich, however, the difference will be 6 points if Ipswich win.

A draw will see the gap remain at 9 points.

A victory for Wolves married with a defeat for Southampton would confirm the Saints’ relegation to the Championship.

Surprisingly, it was Ipswich that gained the away day victory over Wolves at Molineux in the Game Week-16 encounter.

The unfortunate Matt Doherty was credited with Ipswich’s opener before Matheus Cunha equalised for Wolves.

Jack Taylor scored the winner for the Tractor Boys in the 94th minute to give Ipswich the win from a 2-1 score.

There was a bit of handbags at the end of the game, with both sets of players and staff getting involved in some pushing and shoving.

Calm down girls, it’s only a game.

Betfred offer Ipswich at 9/5, the Draw at 12/5 and 8/5 for Wolves to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 11/2 that Jorgen Strand-Larsen Scores First and 8/5 that Liam Delap Scores Anytime.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

WEST HAM v BOURNEMOUTH

15.00 in England

West Ham suffered a narrow defeat against Wolves at Molineux on Tuesday.

A single Gold and Black goal was the difference between the two with Wolves getting the win from a 1-0 score.

That leaves West Ham in 16th place with the same 34 points as Everton and Tottenham from 30 games completed.

Bournemouth suffered a defeat in their midweek game against Ipswich at the Vitality.

After conceding 2 goals Evanilson scored to half the deficit, however, time ran out and it left the Cherries with their 4th loss from the last 5 games, the other being a draw, meaning 1 point gained from a possible 15.

Bournemouth stay in 10th place with 44 points from the 30 games completed.

Both teams shared the points from a draw by a 1-1 score in the Game Week-16 affair at the Vitality.

The surprise from the draw is that it took until the 87th minute for the game to explode into life when Lucas Paqueta scored the opener for the Hammers that gave the Travelling Bubbles hopes of a win.

Not to be, as Enes Unal quickly got the Cherries equaliser in the 90th minute to give both teams a point apiece.

It won’t be too much different today.

Betfred offer West Ham at 21/10, the Draw at 5/2 and 13/10 for Bournemouth to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 13/2 that Jarrod Bowen Scores First and 21/10 that Justin Kluivert Scores Anytime.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

ASTON VILLA v NOTTINGHAM FOREST

17.30 in England

Sky Sports

Aston Villa gained a brilliant away night win over Brighton at the Amex on Wednesday.

After a goalless 1st-half, goals from Marcus Rashford, Marco Asensio and Donyell Malen gave Unai Emery’s Claret and Blues the victory from a 3-0 scoreline.

Villa have a busy April, with another 4 Premier League fixtures to come, a 2-legged Champions League Quarter-Final and an FA Cup Semi-Final against Crystal Palace, which could see a Final against today’s Midlands opponents if both are successful in their respective games at Wembley.

Unai has assembled a great squad with the January additions of Marcus Rashford, Donyell Malen and Marco Asensio all starting to contribute in the goals and assists department, not forgetting Ollie Watkins who has been on the bench for the last 2 games.

Aston Villa sit in 7th place with 48 points from the 30 games played.

Nottingham Forest gained a victory over Manchester United at the City Ground on Tuesday, which meant home and away wins for Nuno’s Tricky Trees against Ruben’s Red Devils.

Ruben was in charge when the two met at Old Trafford last December, having just taken over from Erik Ten Hag.

Anthony Elanga ran 85 metres with the ball after 5 minutes of play and despite other teammates wanting a pass, Anthony slotted home to give Forest an early lead.

With no further goals in the remaining 85 or so minutes, Forest got the points from a 1-0 victory.

There was a stat offered up after the event which stated that Mr Elanga ran the 85 metres in 9 seconds.

Usain Bolt? Nowhere!

Remember, this is the same Anthony Elanga who was deemed not good enough for Manchester United by Erik Ten Hag and binned out to Forest supposedly going to a ‘lesser’ team.

One wonders if Ruben Amorim would have liked AE to still be at Old Trafford.

Forest sit in 3rd place with 57 points from the 30 games completed.

That’s 7 points more than Newcastle who sit in 6th.

It’s assumed that the Top Five in the Premier League will be in next season’s Champions League competition, so with 8 games remaining, Forest probably need another 4 wins to qualify for that particular competition.

There is also the Semi-Final of the FA Cup against Man City to play which could offer up a Trophy but most connected with the Tricky Trees will want to finish in the Top Five so that the ‘Mull of Kintyre’ can be sung on Champions League Nights at the City Ground.

Maybe Sir Paul McCartney will pop along and sing with the girls and boys.

‘Mull of Kintyre
Oh, mist rolling in from the Trent.
My desire is always to be here
Oh, Mull of Kintyre!’

Go on Paul!

Nottingham Forest gained the home victory over Aston Villa when these two met at the City Ground back in December.

After a goalless 1st-half, the Wild Boy Jhon Duran scored for Villa to give the Travelling Villains something to cheer.

Unfortunately for the Claret and Blues, that just sparked the Tricky Trees into action, with goals from Nikola Milenkovic and Anthony Elanga giving Forest the win from a 2-1 score.

If one looks at the Odds below, it’s amazing to see that Nottingham Forest are almost 3/1 to get the victory, with Villa at Evens.

Considering Aston Villa are competing in the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain on the following Wednesday, those Odds look a bit too good for a Forest win.

The words ‘lump’ and ‘on’ spring to mind.

Betfred offer Aston Villa at Evens 1/1, the Draw at 13/5 and 11/4 for Nottingham Forest to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 9/2 that Chris Wood Scores First and 7/4 that Marcus Rashford Scores Anytime.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

BRENTFORD v CHELSEA

14.00 in England

The West London Derby

Brentford suffered a defeat against Newcastle at St James Park in midweek which added to the Bees faithful annoyance about travelling the round trip of 600 miles on a Wednesday Night.

Bryan Mbeumo did convert a penalty to equalise a Newcastle opener but the hosts then scored a 2nd leaving Brentford with the loss from a 2-1 scoreline as predicted in this EveryTip column on Monday.

Brentford remain in 11th place with 41 points from 30 games played.

Chelsea faced Tottenham on Thursday Night, gaining a victory by a 1-0 scoreline.

Enzo Fernandez with the solitary winning goal early in the 2nd-half.

There were a few of the watching Millions nipped out at half-time, found the nearest B and Q, purchased paint, adorned the walls with said paint and watched it dry, as that was a better watch than the actual game at Stamford Bridge.

After the very dull, goalless 1st-half, the goal did spark things up a bit but in truth, it was a poor London Derby.

There was a stat that read, Tottenham had only gained 1 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League era.

That was in April 2018, 7 years ago, when a Christian Eriksen goal and a brace from Deli Ali (remember him?) gave Tottenham a rare win at the Bridge.

Prior to that, the last Tottenham win was in February 1990 when Gary Lineker and Paul Gascoigne were playing for Spurs.

That statistic continues.

The Blues stay in 4th place with 52 points from the 30 games played.

Chelsea gained the home win over Brentford back at Stamford Bridge in December.

Goals from Marc Cucurella and Nicolas Jackson (1 at the end of each half) gave Enzo Maresca’s Blues the West London Bragging Rights over Thomas Frank’s Bees from a 2-1 score.

Bryan Mbeumo scored the Brentford goal late on which ultimately proved to be just a consolation.

Betfred offer Brentford at 11/5, the Draw at 11/4 and 23/20 for Chelsea to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 6/1 that Bryan Mbeumo Scores First and 6/4 that Cole Palmer Scores Anytime.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

FULHAM v LIVERPOOL

14.00 in England

Sky Sports

Fulham suffered a defeat against Arsenal at the Emirates on Tuesday.

After conceding 2 goals, Rodrigo Muniz did score in the 94th minute, however, ultimately it was too late, with Arsenal getting the victory by a 2-1 scoreline, as predicted in this EveryTip column at the beginning of the week.

Fulham have lost 3 of their last 4 games in all competitions, 2 in the Premier League and the FA Cup tie against Crystal Palace.

There was a victory over Tottenham in those 4 games.

This fixture against the League Leaders will be a tough ask for Marco Silva to try and get the Cottagers back on track.

Fulham sit in 9th place with 45 points from 30 games played.

Liverpool remain at the summit of the Premier League Table following the narrow victory over Everton at Anfield on Wednesday.

After a goalless 1st-half, Diogo Jota scored what turned out to be the solitary winning goal just before the hour mark to give Arne’s Slot Machines the Merseyside Bragging Rights from a 1-0 scoreline.

Liverpool with 73 points, stay 12 ahead of Arsenal, both now having 8 games remaining, meaning the Reds need another 13 points to confirm the inevitability of being crowned Champions of the Premier League.

That’s on the basis that Arsenal can only achieve a further 24 points (8×3=24) giving a total of 85.

Liverpool will get to 85 with another 12 points (4×3=12) but need that extra point to make it guaranteed.

Whilst most will say that Liverpool in theory need 13 points to confirm the Title, that is correct, however, the Reds goal difference is plus+ 43, whilst the Gunners have a plus+ 30, which is worth another point to Liverpool.

All Liverpool can do is make sure there are 4 Wins and at Least a Draw from the remaining 8 games and the 20th Top Flight Title is on its way to Anfield.

Both teams shared the points from a draw by a 2-2 score, when Fulham visited Anfield for the Game Week-16 encounter.

Andreas Pereira scored the opener for Fulham in the 11th minute to give the Cottagers a lead at the break.

Andy Robertson was shown a straight Red Card 5 minutes after Andreas’ goal leaving Liverpool a man-lite for over an hour.

Coady Gakpo scored the Liverpool equaliser just after the restart before Rodrigo Muniz added a 2nd for Fulham in the 76th minute.

Diogo Jota replied soon after for Arne’s Slot Machines and with no further goals both teams gained a point apiece from the Archbishop’s favourite scoreline.

Betfred offer Fulham at 16/5, the Draw at 11/4 and slight Odds On 9/10 for Liverpool to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 100/30 that Mo Salah Scores First and 13/8 that Liverpool Score in Both Halves.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

TOTTENHAM v SOUTHAMPTON

14.00 in England

As mentioned earlier, the game at Stamford Bridge on Thursday Night between Chelsea and Tottenham, wasn’t the best in the entertainment department.

After a goalless 1st-half, Chelsea scored in the 50th minute which turned out to be the only goal of the game, with Tottenham suffering a defeat by a 1-0 score.

It did appear that Tottenham had scored an equaliser when Pape Matar Sarr hit a superb strike past the Chelsea ‘Keeper, however, it was clear from the buildup that Pape had fouled a Chelsea player so the dreaded VAR intervened and asked the on-field referee Craig Pawson to look at the pitch-side monitor.

Once this happened, the goal was disallowed.

Ange Postecoglou wasn’t happy and had a face like, well Ange Postecoglou at the final whistle.

Big Ange looks like he’d be miserable and fed up if he got 6 numbers on the Lottery.

Tottenham sit in 14th place with the same 34 points as Everton and West Ham.

Spurs won’t be relegated and as mentioned previously, Big Ange is putting all his Tottenham Eggs into the Europa League Basket.

If that’s not won, expect Ange Postecoglou to be on the first Qantas Flight back to Australia.

Southampton were minutes from gaining a great victory over Crystal Palace on Wednesday at St Mary’s.

A Paul Onuachu header after some slick play in the 20th minute found the back of the net to give the Saints a lead that lasted over 70 minutes.

Unfortunately for the home faithful, Southampton conceded a goal in the 92nd minute which ultimately left the Saints with a point from a draw by a 1-1 score.

Southampton remain at the foot of the table with 10 points from 30 fixtures.

Ivan Juric’s men need another 2 points from the remaining 8 games to overhaul Derby County’s worst points record of 11 from the 2007/08 Premier League campaign.

Can it be done?

Relegation is inevitable and will be confirmed today if a victory isn’t achieved married with a Wolves win against Ipswich on Saturday.

Tottenham gained an easy away day victory over Southampton at St Mary’s back in December, scoring 5 goals in the 1st-half.

James Maddison (2), Son Heung-Min, Dejan Kuluseveski and Pape-Matar Sarr with the goals before the half-time cup of tea.

The surprise then was that no further goals came in the 2nd-half leaving Tottenham with the win from a 5-0 scoreline.

There should be goals today.

Betfred offer Tottenham at Odds On 4/11, the Draw at 9/2 and 13/2 for Southampton to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 11/2 that James Maddison Scores First and 2/1 that Paul Onuachu Scores Anytime.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

MANCHESTER UNITED v MAN CITY

16.30 in England

Sky Sports

The Manchester Derby.

It’s fair to say that both the Numpty Neighbours and the Noisy Neighbours have not had the best of seasons compared to previous years.

There is a song that the Red Devil faithful sing about their idols which goes something like,

‘Oh Manchester, is Wonderful, (Is wonderful),
Oh, Manchester is wonderful,
It’s full of stuff, stuff (rude words!) and United,
Oh, Manchester is wonderful.’

That could easily be changed to,

‘Oh, Manchester are Bloomin rubbish, (are Bloomin rubbish!)
Oh, Manchester are Bloomin rubbish,
They’re full of Mount, Dalot and Casemiro,
Oh, Manchester are Bloomin rubbish!’

Nottingham Forest inflicted a defeat on United at the City Ground on Tuesday, with the ex-United player Anthony Elanga out sprinting most of the Manchester United team to race 85 metres in 9 seconds and score the solitary winning goal after 5 minutes.

The irony regarding the goal was that Bruno Fernandes had an early shot that was saved by the Forest Goalkeeper who put the ball out for a United corner.

Nine seconds after the ball was swung in by Bruno, Forest were a goal in front.

Neither team scored again leaving Ruben’s Red Devils with a loss from a 1-0 scoreline.

In the 11 Premier League games that Manchester United have played in 2025, there have been 4 Wins, 3 Draws and 4 Losses, 3 of those 4 Wins were against Southampton, Leicester and Ipswich, the 3 worst teams in the division who occupy the relegation zone.

The other Win was against Fulham, so a bit of pride can be deemed from that one.

United sit in 13th place with 37 points from the 30 games completed.

Man City gained a victory over Leicester on Wednesday, however, probably the surprising element of that win was the scoreline of 2-0 with both goals (Jack Grealish and Omar Marmoush) coming in the opening 29 minutes, with City then playing over an hour without adding any more goals.

Erling Haaland is injured and will probably miss the rest of the season, so it’s now up to the others to start scoring the goals.

Jack Grealish made his first Premier League start in 2025, having basically been a Cup starter but didn’t disappoint, scoring within 2 minutes of the opening whistle against the Foxes.

Omar Marmoush scored his 5th Premier League goal in 8 games since signing in January, which is a great return and will no doubt be in for the remaining games with Erling on the sidelines.

Man City stay in 5th place with 51 points from the 30 fixtures completed.

Newcastle are in 6th, a point adrift but have a game in hand over City.

There is a possibility that Man City if they are overhauled by Newcastle, won’t be in the Champions League next season and will be playing on a Thursday Night in the Europa League.

At the Etihad back in December, a United team that was useless at the time came away with a victory over City from a 2-1 scoreline.

Josko Gvadiol scored the opener for Man City to give Pep’s Low Flying Blues a lead at the break.

Ruben Amorim then got into his boys at half-time that saw United being the better team in the 2nd-hair with goals from Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo in the 88th and 90th minute respectively giving the Numpty Neighbours a snatch-and-grab win from the jaws of defeat.

Over that period United played 6 Premier League games in December 2024 with a record of-

4th- Arsenal Away- LOST
7th- Nottingham Forest Home- LOST

15th- Man City Away- WON

22nd- Bournemouth Home- LOST
26th- Wolves Away- LOST
30th- Newcastle Home- LOST

The United faithful sang a song to the ‘4 in a Row Citizens’

‘Can we play you every week, can we play you ev-ery-week!’

Betfred offer Manchester United at 12/5, the Draw at 11/4 and 11/10 for Man City to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 9/2 that Omar Marmoush Scores First and 6/4 that there are Over 3.5 Goals.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

Monday 07th

LEICESTER v NEWCASTLE

20.00 in England

Sky Sports

Leicester suffered the inevitable defeat against Man City at the Etihad on Wednesday.

Two early goals conceded before half an hour was on the clock, did the damage, leaving the Foxes with a loss from a 2-0 scoreline.

That was the 7th Premier League defeat in a row and the 7th without scoring a goal.

Added to that statistic, it was the 9th defeat out of the last 10 Premier League games that have seen Leicester ‘Lose To Nil!’

Leicester remain in 19th place with 17 points from the 30 games completed.

It’s now just a matter of when not if the Foxes are back in the Championship, which could be confirmed in as little as 4 games’ time.

Even quicker if Leicester continue to lose.

Newcastle head down to the King Power Stadium to take on Leicester off the back of a victory over Brentford at St James Park on Wednesday.

Alexander Isak scored the opener on the stroke of half-time which was equalised by Brentford following a conceded penalty midway through the 2nd-half.

Sandro Tonali then scored a superb winner to give Newcastle the points from a 2-1 scoreline.

Sandro was out on the wide right and when it appeared that a cross was coming in for the Centre-Forward, Mr Tonali fooled everyone and smashed the ball past the Bees ‘Keeper, who it has to be said, would not be happy with his part in the goal.

That is the 3rd win in a row for Eddie’s Magpies, with the Carabao Cup victory sandwiched in between 2 Premier League wins.

Newcastle sit in 6th place with 50 points but have only completed 29 games, not the 30 that the others around have played.

Man City (5th) have 51 points and Chelsea (4th) have 52 points.

Newcastle gained the easy home victory over Leicester in the Game Week-16 affair at St James Park.

Jacob Murphy scored the opener in the 30th minute to give Eddie’s Magpies a lead at the break.

Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak added 2 and 3 early in the 2nd-half before Jacob scored his 2nd and Newcastle’s 4th to give the home team the win from a 4-0 scoreline.

It won’t be much different tonight.

Betfred offer Leicester at 11/2, the Draw at 18/5 and Odds On 1/2 for Newcastle to come away with all 3-points.

Betfred offer 5/2 that Alexander Isak Scores First and 8/5 that Newcastle Win To Nil.

(If your pre-match First Goalscorer bet scores First and then scores a Second, Betfred DOUBLE the odds.

If they score a Third, Betfred TREBLE the odds.)

Nothing has happened in the Pub League since the weekend with the next set of fixtures starting on Saturday.

Celtic face St Johnstone (who?) at McDiarmid Park in Perth on Sunday, the day after Rangers have hosted Hibernian (who?) at Ibrox on Saturday.

Once again, like with the English Premier League, it’s just a matter of when not if, that Celtic are crowned SPL Champions, making it the 4th year in a row and the 13th from the last 14 Pub League campaigns.

‘He’s Rangers, United but the YankScot has decided that Seattle is the best place to be!’

Well for the time being anyway!
