Paddy Power Live Streaming
Paddy Power Live Streaming channel only includes streaming of Uk and Irish horse racing. To watch a live steam you must be logged into Paddy Power and have placed a bet on the race you want to watch. You need to have placed a bet with the equivalent total stake of £1 or €1 per race (depending on your account’s currency). For a single, the minimum bet to stream the race is £0.50/€0.50 each way, or £1/€1 win. For multiple bets, minimum stakes range from £/€1 to £/€8 dependent on the type of bet you choose. Paddy Power Withdrawal Speed
No problems to report! It took less than 2 minutes for us to request a withdrawal and the funds hit our account within 48 hours.
The only thing that is likely to cause a delay is if you try to withdraw funds to a different account than the one you used to make your deposit. Paddy Power will not let you do this. Their customer support agent told us that this was because of gaming commission regulations, put in place to avoid money laundering. This policy is now standard, across the industry.Â

Paddy Power Customer Service
Customer service was the only major concern for us, with Paddy Power. Their agents seem friendly enough, but they do not always give you the impression that they fully understand betting.
Most of their training seems to be based on deposits and withdrawals. When asked technical questions about exotic bets, or payout reductions, they seemed out of their depth. Good customer support staff are the bedrock of any betting company, so we hope that they are taking steps to improve training.
Summary
Paddy Power have been a breath of fresh air and it is no wonder that they are now amongst the most-popular of all online bookmakers. Their website is a joy to use, they have a good sign-up offer and withdrawals are painless. The live-streams are good and the betting requirement of 1 per race seems fair. They really push the boat out, when the big festivals come around. Their festival offers are for both new and existing customers and often include betting odds that are unbelievably generous!
With better customer support, we would be recommending Paddy Power as the best online bookmaker out there. We would still definitely recommend them and we know that many of you are already using them as your main betting site.

Paddy Power marketing department are probably the best in the business. I love all their ad’s and risque comments on social media. So I do not see this a negative.
I think Paddy Power are up there with the A grade bookmakers like Bet365 and Betfair. Their promotions during Cheltenham are absolutely fantastic and they always seem to have great money back promotions and enhanced place races during the regular racing season. Their customer service is alright but then again what online bookmaker has decent customer service reps?

I’ve spent over 20,000 euro in the past 18 months through the PP online site. I have to say, it is absolutely diabolical. Many a time I have had a bet with the cash out option, one or two matches to go that would not have even kicked off yet. When I placed the accumulator for lets 12 or 15 teams and 80-90% have won, majority of the time the PP site refuses to update the scores which means that even though the match would be over, and my chosen team have won, they still have that selection suspended resulting in my cash out option being suspended. A disgrace. I have since moved to Betfair, and they have a much better system for cashing out. Although it appears now they have merged so I must wait and see the outcome of it!

Have account with paddy, however, following some wins it looks like my account has been limited and it is now saying I have to ring customer services before placing a bet. Same as the rest, happy enough to take your money, but they don’t want customers being successful.
